Covid-19 Customer Notification - Reintroduction of National Lockdown
As you will already be aware from media reports, the Government has mandated that England is to re-enter National Lockdown with effect from Thursday 5th November 2020 and, accordingly, our shop will be closed from that date for at least four weeks.
Having only recently been in a position to re-open the shop following an extremely hectic 'Back to School' this has come as a terrible blow as we know the vast majority of customers prefer to visit the shop to purchase school uniforms and other garments and also to exchange garments when necessary. However, this Lockdown means all purchases will once again have to be online.
Please carefully measure your child and use the size chart guidelines for each one of the chosen products. Writing a list to ensure nothing is being missed before placing your order is strongly recommended. Please take extra care as new orders will have to be made for missed or wrong size items and will incur additional carriage. If you do unfortunately need to return anything please print and complete the Returns Form or, if you prefer, wait until the shop reopens hopefully in early December although this is not certain.
SUGGESTION – If possible place joint orders with friends to share delivery and return costs.
